Every guest who enters the boutique MUST check in according to state government regulations.  This record is not kept by us on file.  We do not have access to this information. Your name and mobile number are collected for contact tracing in the event of a break out of Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Failing or refusal of completing the form will result in no service being carried out, and you may be charged a non-compliance fee.  Your therapist will ask to see your confirmation of your check in, so please keep this available for them to sight.

PLEASE do not come early to your appointment time.  If you arrive early, you may be denied entry until it is safe for you to enter.  We are allowing sufficient time between guests to ensure adequate cleaning.  For example, if you are having a 60 minute massage, at 11am, please arrive at 11am.  You will still receive the full 60 minute treatment time.  Please allow for this when making arrangements for babysitting, or follow on appointments outside of skin PT & massage.

You must use the hand sanitiser provided.

I understand that it may be inconvenient, but we cannot cater for “plus ones” at this time.  Social distancing restrictions means we can only have one guest per therapist, and we cannot accommodate children, partners, or friends, unless we are treating them also.

Bookings are by appointment only.  Please no walk ins.  Appointments can be made through Facebook, calling the boutique on 08 8723 1686, and now through online booking.  Please leave your name and number, as no contact details will result in no return phone call.

We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in recent contact has:

  • Travelled interstate in the past 14 days

  • Travelled internationally in the past 14 days

  • Showing signs or symptoms of

    • Sore throat

    • Fever

    • ANY cold/Flu symptoms

    • Aches or pains

    • Runny nose

    • Dry cough

    • Loss of smell

    • Shortness of breath

Please know, we do hope these restrictions are not long term, but for now they are mandated by the government.  Please bear with us while we learn this “new normal” together, and understand that we are struggling too, not being able to greet you with those big hugs and love we are used to!
